FIRST LESSON : CREATING POWER
Welcome to your first lesson in your E- course.
This is your First Day!
You want to succeed, you want a better life.
You might want to make more money, meet the right person, get a better job, grow your business, eliminate the stress, overcome your fear, have more time, get a new home, and travel more, but for some reason you just can’t seem to achieve your goals.
You keep trying but nothing seems to work.
You may have tried other programs, read some inspirational books or even talked to friends who offered advice but you’re just not getting any results.
You may have already given up on yourself.
But don’t quit.
There is a way to achieve your goals and live the life you want.
You really truly have everything you need already inside you.
You can achieve anything you want and all you have to do is train your mind to work with your subconscious mind and your inner powers.
Then you’ll get exactly what you want and more.
Think of this process much like training for success.
And you start with Getting Focused
GETTING FOCUSED
There are 2 steps you have to follow so that you’re focused and so that you give your subconscious mind the right instructions.
Step 1: Decide What you want
Step 2: Come Up With A Plan
If you want to achieve your goals, improve your life, enjoy life or discover your true calling - what ever it is you want to achieve you first have to decide what is important and then come up with a plan.
The main reasons why you and most other people never get what they want in life are because:
You don’t get focused on what you want
You’re not specific about what you want
You’re not clear about what you want
You don't have to come up with all the details but you have to come up with a list of what you want to achieve, and have a general idea of how you plan to get there.
And you need to write it down.
Did you know that 80-percent of people who write down their goals achieve them?
But less than 5-percent of people in the world actually write down their goals and desires?
Those are astounding figures and think about it just by simply writing
down your goals, objectives and plans you increase your chance of succeeding by 80-percent.
Did you also know that most successful people and the wealthiest people in the world wrote down their goals and came up with a solid plan of action before they became successful?
Now you know why they're successful.
Here’s one reason why 20-Percent of the world are among the most successful people: they’re the few who write down their goals and have a plan.
Why does coming up with a plan and decision make such a difference?
Because when you make a decision; write it down, come up with a plan you give your subconscious mind a clear instruction, and you send out a message to the universe, the Law of Attraction and your powers that you're ready for success and that you will accept nothing less than success.
It's a powerful message that supercharges your subconscious mind to get moving on bringing you what you want.
I find writing things down and making decisions so important, not only do I practice it regularly.
I encourage my wife and family to work with the same process so they stay focused.
I also teach this process in the first week of my Creating Power System, I’ll tell you more about that later.
Step 1: Decide What you want
Right now, to achieve your goals start by getting focused; decide which goals you truly want to accomplish then begin sending your subconscious mind the right instructions to so that it brings you the success you want.
Now I know you might say: "Resty, I don't know what I want to do. I can't decide what I want to do how can I write down anything if I don't know what I want to do?"
But you do know.
Deep inside you there is a passion that has been
covered up by negative thoughts, negative thinking, negative beliefs and confusion from all those years of doubt and fear.
How do you discover this passion?
You have to start thinking about what you want to accomplish.
Now comes the fun part – you get to play pretend for just a few minutes.
Step into the “Ideal Life” time machine – just pretend that you’re doing this and fast forward to 5 years from now.
You have the perfect life, you have everything you want.
Remember – we’re just playing pretend so have some fun, and you have everything you want.
What does your life look like?
What are you doing?
Who are you with?
Where do you live?
How much money do you have?
What do you look like?
How do you feel?
Take your time and have some fun answering those questions.
When you’re done answering them you’ll have a pretty good idea of
what you want in life. This is what you really want.
These are your real goals and passions.
This is the kind of life you want to live.
Step 2: Come Up With A Plan
Now start taking steps to live that kind of life.
When you have that clear idea of what you want, when you’ve answered all those questions you'll get your mind and subconscious mind focused on what you want.
Once you know what you want you can then give your subconscious mind and inner powers the right instructions so that you attract the right people, the right situations and the right opportunities to get what you want.
And you do that by working with your mind and your thoughts.
You subconscious, your powers, the universe, the Law of Attraction are all in tune with your thoughts and beliefs. They create your life based on your thoughts and beliefs.
This works great when your thoughts and beliefs are positive, but when they’re negative… well that’s when you run into trouble, struggle more and just don’t enjoy life.
You create what you think and believe and what you think believe sends out energy and a vibration that attracts people who share similar thoughts and beliefs.
That’s why positive people are surrounded by positive people and have good things happen to them.
It’s also why negative people are attracted to negative people who have negative energy and tend to struggle more throughout life.
Beliefs have powerful vibrations and will be manifested sooner.
So if you constantly say you don't know what you want to do, or you're not sure, or you can't figure it out - you're only going to create more confusion and you're only going to attract situations that will
confuse you even more.
Stop this never-ending cycle of confusion and get clear and focused on what you want.
Remember: Negative thoughts create negative beliefs, which are negative vibrations - in the end you attract negative situations, negative people and a negative lifestyle.
Begin creating the right vibrations, and the right energy to attract the right opportunities, the right people and the right situations to achieve your goals.
Start thinking about what you want.
Now based on what you wrote down from your “Ideal Life” time machine exercise (that part that we went through earlier), come up with a plan to get what you want and succeed.
Then see how your mind responds to this new plan. Is it excited or is it giving you excuses for why you can't accomplish your goals?
If you have some excuses you need to eliminate them.
These are negative thoughts and beliefs that need to be removed
from your subconscious.
NOW the APPLICATION:
Take at least 5 minutes to rest, go to a room wherein no one can interrupt you. (I prefer the toilet or the comfort room… it is where you can concentrate the most. It is the most private part of your house, once you’re inside nobody can disturb you.) But make sure you lit a scented candle so that you will have a good ambience. You can do it also inside your bedroom, but make sure you’re alone.
Now sit back and relax. Take a natural breathing but exhale a little bit longer than when you inhale.
Put your palm open upwards, let it rest on top of your knees, then let your thumbs touch the middle fingers and stay on that postures until you have done your meditation for 15 minutes to half an hour.
Close your eyes and start thinking about what you have written, try to remember every detail that you put in writing.
Think and imagine the plans that you have written and steps that you’ll have to take to get your goals or wants
Search yourself in those goals and actions; picture yourself as it is real. Believe that you have it, feel it that you are enjoying all of it.
Eliminate those negatives that had come on you mind, replace it with positive affirmation.
Do this regularly or every day until you are seeing the picture of yourself enjoying the goals and wants.
Always remember that you are your own master of your thoughts. You have the power to create good things in your life. Believe in yourself and claim that you will get what you desire.
